The ideal candidate will not only support existing customers but also drive new customer acquisition, working closely with various teams to implement innovative solutions. Accountabilities

  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and marketing teams to maximize outreach.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and educate them on the value proposition.
  • Work closely with product and solution architecture teams to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle sales experience in a complex technology environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or Value Selling.
  • Ability to independently manage, develop, and onboard new customers.
  • Fluent in Arabic is a must.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with documented sales success.
