Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals with strong expertise in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain to join our growing team. This role requires a combination of deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong communication skills to drive innovation and growth within our EAM stream.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EAM processes, strong technical capabilities in platforms such as SAP, Microsoft .NET technologies, Machine Learning, and AI solutions, along with the ability to engage stakeholders, identify opportunities, negotiate solutions, and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support initiatives within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) stream.
  • Analyze current asset management processes and recommend improvements through technology-driven solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement EAM solutions using SAP, AI, Machine Learning, and .NET technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Initiate commercial and technical discussions with clients and partners to expand the EAM business stream.
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Optimize maintenance, reliability, inventory, and asset lifecycle management processes.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices guidance.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and solution demonstrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP EAM / PM modules or similar asset management platforms.
  • Experience with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and automation use cases in industrial or enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET / Microsoft technologies.
  • Understanding of integrations, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, logistics, or heavy asset industries.
  • Knowledge of predictive maintenance, IoT, and digital twin solutions.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services AWS, or Google Cloud GCP.
  • SAP certifications or relevant technical certifications.
