Overview
We are looking for someone to be a key member of the Compliance & Ethics Team, providing support to a critical aspect of the Global C&E Program.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited:
Case Management (EthicsPoint)
- Maintain and manage the system activities.
- Be the subject matter expert for PepsiCo's Speak Up program, Case Management system, and related global processes.
- Master EthicsPoint reporting tool and perform trend analysis as required.
- Assist C&E Managers in Speak Up investigations as required.
- Support in managing conflict of interest disclosures.
- Familiar with Power BI dashboards and reports
Third Party Due Diligence Program (Certa)
- Support in TPDD re-vetting process
- Perform TPDD testing as instructed and required by Global C&E Team.
Quarterly Processes
- Prepare quarter close calendar/timeline and incorporate the same in Quarter Close Tasks online.
- Prepare and consolidate quarterly data requested by Global C&E Team (PSV1 cases summary list and speak ups volume trends.)
- Ensure the case management system data for IB is complete as expected and required by the end of the quarter.
- Extract region quarterly reports from the system and perform stats calculations.
- Support the IB SVP and the C&E Manager in the preparations for the region CEC meetings materials (PSVs lists and decks.)
- Perform Region, OU, and MU data analysis as required and as needed depends on Quarter close trends.
- Support the C&E Manager in preparing Rep letter and Rep letter exhibit for IB region (Draft, Final, and Updated.)
The Annual Code of Conduct and Anti-bribery Anti-Corruption training
- Be the main point of contact and coordinator for IB and APAC Regions with the Global C&E team and local MU Code Champions.
- Prepare the training completion stats and reporting as per agreed cadence.
- Prepare IB & APAC CEO communications and any other communications related to the training completion (Reminder emails, follow up communications, etc.)
- Prepare awareness campaign as required
Region Communications
- Plan the region annual communication agenda, coordinate with Global C&E Communications and Training team for the same.
- Assist in team meetings preparations and agendas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Highly analytical, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work independently with high degree of accuracy and focus.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues on a global team.
- Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to communicate with and work closely with a global team.
- Intellectual curiosity and interest in Compliance & Ethics programs.
