Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Customer Service Representative based in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will handle customer communication through various channels, address concerns effectively, and contribute to building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers in a professional manner
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions
- Proficiency in using customer management software and technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar customer service or support role is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
