Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, driving sales, and fostering lasting relationships with businesses seeking innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Present tailored IT solutions to address client challenges effectively.
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Close deals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
  1. Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business goals to provide relevant IT solutions.

  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

Compensation:
