Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager to lead and manage our ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business operations, system stability, and continuous improvement across all modules.

Key Responsibilities

• System Stability: Proactively monitor and maintain the D365 environment to ensure 24/7 operational reliability.

• Module Expertise : Provide deep-dive support and optimization for Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Resources (HR).

• Issue Resolution : Lead the troubleshooting process for system bugs, integration errors, and user-reported issues.

• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to leverage new D365 features that enhance business efficiency.

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the technical liaison between department heads and external vendors to align system capabilities with business needs.

• Knowledge Management : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, custom workflows, and end-user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience in ERP system (Microsoft dynamic)

• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, HR).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare sector.

• 4 To 6 years experience in ERP implementation or transformation projects.
