We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ERP Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing full project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and aligning technical solutions with business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (from initiation to go-live)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Coordinate between functional consultants, developers, and clients
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Ensure proper system configuration, testing, and user acceptance
- Oversee data migration and system integration activities
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders
- Ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live support
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience managing ERP projects
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle
- Experience working with ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a strong advantage)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
