Enterprise Sales – IBM / Red Hat / Cloud & Infrastructure | Dubai
I'm working with a leading systems integrator in the UAE looking to hire a strong Enterprise Sales professional with experience across IBM, Red Hat, and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
If you've sold within the IBM ecosystem or worked in a partner-led SI environment, this will be very relevant.
The Role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle across strategic accounts in Dubai & Northern Emirates
- Drive sales across a portfolio including:
- IBM Software & Cloud
- Red Hat (OpenShift, Ansible, Hybrid Cloud)
- Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Virtualisation)
- Build and grow C-level relationships within large enterprise and public sector accounts
- Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal pre-sales teams to shape solutions
- Identify and prioritise high-value opportunities and drive them through to closure
- Develop strong account strategies aligned to client transformation goals
What We're Looking For
- 8–10 years experience in enterprise IT sales in the UAE
- Background working with:
- IBM portfolio / IBM partners
- Red Hat ecosystem
- Or leading systems integrators (SI)
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-vendor deals
- Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, data, automation, and infrastructure solutions
- Experience selling into enterprise / government / regulated sectors
- Confident engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and senior stakeholders
