Role: Enterprise Sales Manager, FIs - B2B SaaS

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Financial Institutions across the Middle East, with a strong focus on UAE and KSA.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring predictable revenue growth.
  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solution mapping, commercial negotiation, and closures.
  • Consult and influence C-level stakeholders (CROs, CIOs, CDOs, etc)
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage within existing FI accounts and drive multi-product adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions for large financial institutions.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and partner forums across the region.
  • Track market intelligence, competition, and regulatory developments affecting financial services.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years selling to Financial Institutions in the Middle East.
  • Strong network and trusted relationships across Tier 1/Tier 2 banks and financial services groups in the Middle East.
  • Proven success selling technology, AI, analytics, risk/compliance, or data products to FIs.
  • Strong understanding of FI workflows, risk, compliance, payments, trade finance, fraud, data governance, or digital transformation.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience closing large enterprise deals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, familiarity with Middle East business culture is a strong plus.
