About the Role
PayFuture is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive high-value merchant acquisition and strategic growth across global markets. You will lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, build senior stakeholder relationships, and position PayFuture as the preferred gateway solution for large e-commerce, SaaS, travel, retail, and digital merchants.
This role is hands-on, commercial, and ideal for someone with strong payments knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Acquisition & Sales Execution
- Prospect, pitch, and close mid-market and enterprise merchants.
- Manage full sales cycles including discovery, solution design, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Deliver tailored payment gateway value propositions aligned to enterprise needs.
Account Growth & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key merchant stakeholders.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across PayFuture's products and markets.
Partnership & Market Engagement
- Support partnerships with acquirers, PSPs, ISVs, and e-commerce platforms.
- Represent PayFuture at industry events to build pipeline and expand brand presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration.
- Provide market and merchant insights to influence product and commercial strategy.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and deliver regular performance and forecast updates to sales leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in enterprise sales within payments, fintech, PSPs, or acquiring.
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, cross-border payments, and APMs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Existing merchant or partner network is a plus.
