Job Descriptions:
Essential Functions:
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into enterprisegrade, scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide endtoend architectural leadership across Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic business objectives.
- Design, recommend, and govern enterprise integration strategies for Salesforce using:
- Realtime integrations (REST APIs, Streaming API, Platform Events, Change Data Capture)
- Near realtime and asynchronous integrations
- Onetime/bulk loads using ETL tools AWS tools
- Architect and review integration patterns between Salesforce and ERP, financial systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise across Salesforce core platform, including data model, security model, governance, performance optimization, and multiorg strategy.
- Design and build automation using Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning components to streamline and enhance financial and operational workflows.
- Build and integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, Lightning pages, and orchestrations to improve usability and data integrity.
- Leverage the Salesforce platform ecosystem, including AppExchange solutions, for extended functionality and scalability.
- Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and system configuration to ensure secure and compliant environments.
- Lead data migration endtoend including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, using Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard, and ETL tools.
- Ensure data integrity, auditability, and governance throughout migration from legacy or ERP systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure timely, highquality delivery.
- Document architecture diagrams, solution designs, data models, and technical specifications for ongoing support and scalability.
- Facilitate business process mapping, requirement gathering, solution workshops, and architectural reviews to align Salesforce with financial and ERP workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Applications or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience working as an enterprise-level solution architect with Salesforce as the core platform.
- 8+ years in a dedicated Salesforce architect role, designing end-to-end enterprise solutions.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. & AWS cloud.
- Preferred Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA) certification and Enterprise Architecture certification such as TOGAF.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, solution design, deployment, and governance.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration patterns, and Salesforce Administration.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Copado, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Experience designing and governing solutions in Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with large-scale enterprise applications (ERP, Finance, HR, middleware).
