We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our team in a full-time, office-based role.
The position involves engaging with companies and organizations, presenting our entertainment-focused solutions, and driving business growth through effective communication and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Management: execute the Success Partners Program by contacting Event Organizers in KSA to include The Strike Van in their portfolios.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct daily cold calls to target sectors (Hotels, Schools, Malls, Corporates) to generate rental contracts.
- CRM & Database: Build and maintain a structured client database (CRM) with detailed interaction logs.
- Closing Deals: Send professional proposals and follow up consistently until the deal is closed.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity reports (calls made, qualified leads, expected pipeline).
Requirements:
- KSA Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B Telesales targeting the Saudi market (Must).
- Communication: Excellent command of Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred) with professional phone etiquette.
- Sales Mindset: A Hunter personality with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Organization: Proficiency in Excel/CRM and ability to meet daily call targets (KPIs).
