We are Hiring: Entry level HSE / Safety Officer
Reports To: HSE Manager
Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment. The role ensures compliance with Kuwait regulatory requirements, company HSE standards, and industry best practices.
Job Description
Conduct daily safety inspections on-site and office areas
Ensure compliance with Kuwait safety regulations and local laws
Maintain records of incidents, near-misses, inspections, and audits
Support internal and external audits
Conduct HSE training for employees
Monitor emissions, effluents, and environmental hazards
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field
0-1 year of experience as HSE officer
Knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HSE regulations
Valid HSE certifications in any of these are NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) mandatory
Strong knowledge of MS Office and reporting
