Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Remote Operations Support Analyst to assist with data entry, reporting, and workflow coordination in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Accuracy

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems

  • Review records for completeness, consistency, and accuracy

  • Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues as appropriate

  • Conduct routine data audits and quality checks

  • Maintain organized digital documentation and filing systems


Operational Reporting & Monitoring

  • Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc operational reports

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow metrics

  • Compile data summaries for management review

  • Support updates to dashboards and reporting tools

  • Contribute to identifying areas for process improvement


Administrative & Workflow Coordination

  • Provide general administrative support to operations and leadership teams

  • Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting documentation

  • Monitor task completion and follow up on outstanding action items

  • Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

  • 02 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
