Position: E&S Trainer (Abu Dhabi site full-time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety and environment (E&S) training for site workers and teams
- Developing training modules, materials, and calendars tailored to site operations
- Organizing and leading training sessions and toolbox talks on safety compliance
- Ensuring workers follow E&S protocols and regulatory guidelines on site
- Monitoring and assessing trainees understanding and performance
- Reporting training outcomes and gaps to management
- Conducting site inspections and safety audits as part of training follow-up
- Mentoring and coaching site staff to build a safety-conscious culture
