Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager | Full-Time | Hybrid | Riyadh

We are a trusted recruitment partner working with leading organizations in the region. On behalf of a reputable company based in Riyadh, we are seeking an experienced Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to join their team. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring on-site presence in Riyadh.

About the Role

As the EHS Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing environmental, health, and safety policies across the organization. You will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards while promoting a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility across operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization

Ensure compliance with KSA environmental, health, and safety regulations

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections across operations

Monitor EHS performance and prepare reports for senior management

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions

Oversee environmental management, waste control, and sustainability initiatives

Deliver EHS training and awareness programs to employees and contractors

Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership teams to embed EHS standards

Manage external audits and coordinate with regulatory authorities when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of experience in EHS roles, preferably within large organizations or multi-site operations

Strong knowledge of KSA EHS regulations and international standards

Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or similar)

Strong leadership, risk management, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Professional EHS certifications are a plus
