EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Penta Global Engineering and Construction is seeking a qualified and experienced Equipment Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Position: Equipment Engineer

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Review equipment specifications, datasheets, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Monitor equipment procurement, inspection, testing, and delivery activities.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and vendor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of static and rotating equipment, as applicable to the project.
• Experience in equipment engineering, procurement, inspection, and installation.
• Familiarity with international engineering codes and industry standards.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• project experience will be an advantage.
• ADNOC project experience is preferred.
