Scope of Work
Driving sales in the dental medical equipment market. The specialist is responsible for conducting detailed market and competitor analysis, managing the entire complex sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, installation, and client training. This role requires a deep understanding of dental equipment, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate lengthy and technical sales processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct analytical studies of the assigned territory, including potential customer identification, classification by consumption rate, customer tier, and sales potential.
Perform in-depth analysis of competitors, including their products, pricing, sales volumes, and other relevant business data.
Research new dental papers and studies related to dental equipment.
Sales Execution & Cycle Management:
Receive and analytically review periodic sales targets.
Develop a weekly schedule of sales activities (calls and visits to existing and potential new clients).
Conduct periodic calls to clients to discuss needs, communicate with doctors, or schedule visits.
Perform daily visits according to the agreed-upon schedule to demonstrate company products, their pricing, and features.
Manage the entire sales cycle: follow up with new potential clients, schedule appointments for contract signing and pricing approval, and input sales order data (customer details, recipient, required delivery time, payment method, items, quantities).
Attend conferences and workshops to promote the brand, showcase equipment, and collect potential client data for follow-up.
Post-Sale Coordination & Training:
Oversee and follow up on the process of equipment delivery, installation, and on-site training for the client.
Ensure a seamless handover and client satisfaction after the sale.
Administration & Reporting:
Update the CRM system with the current status of clients, new leads, and required sales orders.
All sales activities are entered into the system, and reports are generated automatically.
Prepare weekly reports on daily activities for the direct manager.
