The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new ERP sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
Build and maintain a healthy, well-documented sales pipeline that supports accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Conduct needs discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand operational challenges and map them to ERP solutions.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations, and business case proposals tailored to each prospect's context.
Lead contract negotiations, manage procurement processes, and close deals within agreed commercial parameters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records including opportunity status, activity logs, and deal progression notes.
Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts to the Sales Manager with a high degree of accuracy.
Track and report on personal KPIs including calls made, meetings held, proposals submitted, win rate, and revenue attained.
Stay current on ERP product updates, competitor positioning, and market trends to maintain strong competitive intelligence.
