-Assist external clients in the implementation of technical/ERP systems.
-Evaluate client needs and develop system configurations that support business processes.
-Define and execute delivery and implementation plans.
-Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
-Provide training and enduser support during and after implementation.
-Participate in presales product demonstrations when required.
-Work on projects of limited complexity in a support role.
-Must have good experience in hospital financial and operations systems.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in financial applications.
-Previous experience in testing (preferred).
-Very good knowledge of XML and web services (must).
-Good knowledge of MS SQL Server.
-Familiarity with testing and UAT processes.
-Strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience.
