ERP Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute a forward-looking Supply Chain & Finance technology strategy and capabilities roadmap
• Translate business needs into impactful technology solutions, data strategies, and optimized processes
• Oversee the full IT project portfolio for Supply Chain & Finance, prioritizing initiatives based on business value
• Drive end-to-end business process optimization using Agile methodologies
• Define and deliver measurable value across customer experience, supplier engagement, operational excellence, and efficiency
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across Supply Chain, Finance, and IT
• Collaborate with IT architecture teams to align systems and processes within the overall enterprise landscape
• Lead application design and development efforts with a strong focus on user experience, quality, security, and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure technology partners align with business objectives
• Bridge business and technology teams to deliver best-in-class, strategic-fit solutions
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development cycles under Agile principles
• Estimate development efforts and allocate resources effectively
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for enterprise Supply Chain & Finance applications
• Lead and mentor cross-functional technology teams across multiple domains and locations
