Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ERP Next Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ERP Next solutions based on Frappe Framework. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ERP modules, integrations, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Customization & Development: Building new features, custom Apps, Doctypes, and workflows within ERP Next to fit business needs.
API & Integration: Connecting ERP Next with third-party tools, REST APIs, websites, and mobile apps.
Manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
Data & System Maintenance: Managing system migrations, updates, and upgrades, ensuring data integrity.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting, debugging, and providing support for system issues.
Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing system performance, including database tuning.
Documentation: Creating technical documentation, code comments, and user guides.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and HTML/CSS.
Framework Knowledge: Deep experience with the Frappe Framework.
System Tools: Familiarity with Linux server administration, and excellent skills in Git.
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of business modules like accounting, operations, Inventory and HR.
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and good communication skills for client interaction.
Contributions to the open-source ERP Next or Frappe community.
Background in working with cloud platforms like AWS or any similar.
Preferred / Nice To Have
Experience with ERP Next customization for large organizations or government entities.
Knowledge of Docker and deployment automation.
Experience with performance optimization and scaling.
