Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Cairo, Egypt (Nasr City) for an ERP Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for field sales activities, focusing on acquiring new customers, reactivating inactive accounts, and expanding Crystal Mind's ERP customer base.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include frequent client visits, market scanning, conducting on‑ground customer surveys, understanding clients business needs, presenting ERP solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role requires close coordination with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long‑term satisfaction.

This position is best suited for a hunter‑profile sales professional who enjoys outdoor sales and direct client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in ERP or B2B software sales (mandatory)
  • Strong field sales experience with frequent client visits and territory coverage
  • Proven ability to conduct market scanning, cold visits, and on‑ground prospecting
  • Experience in reactivating inactive or dormant customers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and target orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
