Role Purpose:

To provide functional and technical oversight of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring reliable operations, accurate data and reporting, and effective user enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver first-level functional support for D365 Finance and Supply Chain users. Translate business needs into precise technical specifications for vendors. Review .NET and SQL-based solutions to ensure performance and quality standards. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and approve vendor customizations. Develop and deliver user training and workshops to drive adoption.

Technical Toolset & Functional Expertise:

Oversee .NET-based web and Windows applications, middleware integrations using SOAP/REST and Windows services, and Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and D365 workflows. Apply advanced SQL Server and DBMS knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis. Manage SSRS and Power BI workspaces for executive reporting. Maintain hands-on expertise across D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets) and Supply Chain modules (Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse Management).
