Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Gather and analyze requirements & business processes.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • To prepare test cases for testing the current ERP system. Testing may also include Unit testing, System Integration Testing, Performance Testing, or User Acceptance Testing.
  • Implementation of add-on modules plus new organizational units.
  • Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance.
  • Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements.
  • Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.
  • Write T-SQL code and stored procedures to be utilized by applications, ETL, and reports.
  • Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
  • Provide timely scheduled management reporting.
  • Design reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting and Tableau BI tools.


Skills and experience required include:


  • Experience in configuring and setup the Finance/Supply Chain/Project Management/Rental/EAM/Logistics modules to cover.
  • Understanding in Project Costing, Project Management, Project Billing, capitalization, contracts, procurement, and Rental/Lease business flow
  • Hands-on implementation/Support experience in Supply Chain/Project Management/Rental/EAM modules.
  • Experience of integrating various business processes and relevant application and ERP system. Solution provider evaluations etc.
  • At least two full implementation of Financial/Rental/Project Management/Assets Management modules with complete understanding of business flow till generating Financial Statements.
  • Understanding the business justification of the requirements.
  • Understanding the functional design as well as technical design/architecture.
  • Good documentation skills in building Requirement Specs and Functional Specs.
  • Good understanding of relational databases.
  • Strong customer relationship management
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration, Analysis, and Reporting Services (SSIS, SSRS)
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with metadata management concepts, change management/version control concepts.
  • Versatile and knowledgeable in T-SQL programming and SSIS design Some experience in database administration.
  • Experience with other BI tools such as SSRS, Tableau, Power BI etc.


Education/Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science or supply chain or finance.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP solutions support and Implementation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with SSRS/Tableau/Power BI tools
  • Engineering and construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Having multiple database integration experience.
