Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Aluminum Pricing Technician / Estimator

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting project estimations, analyzing project requirements, and developing accurate cost estimates. The role involves collaboration with project teams, participating in negotiation processes with clients and vendors, and performing research to support .estimation accuracy and cost optimization

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing drawings for doors, windows, glass facades, glass ceilings, and curtain walls.
• Preparing cutting lists/schedules, detailed specifications, and price proposals/quotations.
• Working proficiently with ORGADATA software.

Qualifications

• Strong Research skills for sourcing and analyzing project data
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting in Riyadh
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering .
• Previous experience in estimation within the construction or engineering industry is an advantage
