Role Description

Experience in interior fit-out estimation, understand drawings, BOQs, materials, MEP and joinery works, and can prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Qualifications

UAE experience in fit-out estimation

• Strong experience in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities
• Experience in budgetary estimates, project budgeting and cost planning
• Knowledge of civil works, structural works, landscape and interior fit-out
• Strong understanding of current market prices and material rates
• Experience in preparing and reviewing BOQs, quantity take-offs and RFQs
• Ability to obtain, evaluate and negotiate supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Experience in PL/PA, cost analysis and project budget monitoring
• Ability to prepare accurate and competitive tender and project estimates
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, materials, MEP and joinery works
• Strong MS Excel , Plansswift and estimation skills
