We're Hiring: Estimator (Landscape & Swimming Pool)
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Estimator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape and swimming pool projects, with strong quantity take-off and cost estimation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape and swimming pool projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations.
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.
- Assist in tender submissions and project pricing.
- Support project teams with cost-related information and clarifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of landscape and swimming pool construction works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
