Job Description & Summary

In data analysis at PwC, you will focus on utilising advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. You will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualisation, and statistical modelling to support clients in solving complex business problems.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Data and Analytics Senior Associate to support the design and development of innovative technical solutions in the people domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in data technologies, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business insights and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data and analytics solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply machine learning, AI, and generative models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data interrogation and transformation using tools such as SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency (at least 2 years of hands-on experience) with Alteryx and Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of and/or basic proficiency in other technologies, including but not limited to Python, SQL, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Apps, other machine learning, AI, generative models, data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Experience in designing and developing technical solutions in the data and analytics area.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal (in English).
• Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MSc in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
