Job Description & Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient ABAP Consultant to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will bring 2.5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
- Support SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HR through technical development and troubleshooting.
- Optimize existing ABAP code for performance and scalability.
- Participate in SAP upgrade and migration projects.
- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2.5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in classical and object-oriented ABAP programming.
- Hands-on experience with SmartForms, SAPScripts, ALV Reports, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5, CDS Views, and OData services is a plus.
- Good understanding of SAP functional modules and integration points.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 35 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture and data structures.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver and SAP ECC.
- Proficiency in debugging and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and OData services is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
