Job Description & Summary
Junior consultant role designed for fresh graduates eager to learn SAP SuccessFactors and grow into full-fledged consultants. The role involves supporting configuration activities, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication with clients. It also focuses on building core consulting capabilities, expanding both functional and technical knowledge, and developing a longterm career path as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong commitment to completing the structured learning journey, investing the necessary effort to accelerate development and fasttrack readiness for a consultant role.
- Support SF configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Assist in client workshops and meetings .
- Prepare materials: workbooks, test scripts, and training content.
- Contribute to postgo-live support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with ETIC and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Engage in structured learning plans, on-the-job coaching, and continuous skills development to grow into a full consultant role.
- Research and explore new SF modules and HR tech best practices to expand solution knowledge.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration - HR major, Management Technology, or similar.
- Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Interest in HR tech / SAP SuccessFactors.
- HR/IT internships or academic exposure preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and pursue a consulting career within SAP SuccessFactors.
