About The Role

As an After-Sales Engineer, you will lead and manage daily after-sales operations for B2B customers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability in vehicle maintenance and repair. You will directly supervise technicians, enforce operational discipline, and drive productivity across all after-sales activities. The role involves coordinating maintenance workflows, monitoring repair performance, and consistently achieving after-sales KPIs agreed with corporate clients. Through accurate execution, minimized downtime, and service excellence, you will strengthen long-term B2B partnerships and ensure contractual service commitments are met.

You'll Have Ownership Over

  • After-Sales Process Optimization: Developing technical documentation, service procedures, and workflows to streamline EV after-sales operations and improve service quality.
  • EV Diagnostics & Quality Assurance: Performing advanced diagnostics and inspections on EV systems, including batteries, charging, power electronics, and vehicle control systems, to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with standards.
  • B2B Technical Support: Providing expert after-sales technical support to corporate and fleet customers through on-site intervention, remote support, and structured escalation.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair Execution: Leading fault isolation and repair activities, including component replacement and system calibration, to minimize vehicle downtime and meet contractual SLAs.
  • Preventive Maintenance & Servicing: Planning and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure fleet reliability, uptime, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Customer Training & Enablement: Delivering technical training and operational guidance to B2B customers, drivers, and fleet operators on EV usage, safety, and maintenance best practices.
  • Reporting & Performance Management: Maintaining accurate service records and producing performance reports to support KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
  • After-Sales Inventory Management: Managing EV spare parts and consumables to ensure availability, cost efficiency, and operational readiness.

YOU Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 13 years of experience in automotive or EV after-sales service and support.
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Proactive, strategic, and hands-on approach to resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • High sense of ownership, integrity, and accountability in all tasks.
  • Flexible, open-minded, and responsive to urgent customer needs at any time.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across functions.
