-Monitor revenue, session data, utilization, site comparisons, and discounts.

-Prepare monthly performance reports extracted from the admin app dashboard. The person hired will manage the user account and track live data on the platform.

-Collect, filter, and submit quarterly data to accounting on 23 charging sites

-Support Consumers through multi-channel communications

-Support App queries, charging issues and hotline support
