Job Responsibility:
1. Technical Pre-sales Support
Work closely with sales teams to support tenders, RFQs, and customer meetings
Provide technical presentations and product positioning
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions (AC/DC chargers, system architecture, cloud, payment system)
2. Solution Design & Application
• Design EV charging system solutions (public charging, fleet, depot, etc.)
• Support site layout, power calculation, and system configuration
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g., MoIAT, DEWA, IEC standards)
3. Project Delivery Support
Coordinate with customers, EPCs, and internal teams for project execution
Provide installation guidance, commissioning support, and troubleshooting
Ensure smooth handover and system acceptance
4. Technical Documentation
Prepare and review:
• Technical proposals
• Datasheets and compliance documents
• Certification support
• Support localization
5. Product Feedback & Improvement
Collect market and customer feedback
Work with HQ R&D to improve:
Product performance (e.g., high temperature, derating)
Compatibility (vehicles, grid, OCPP)
6. After-sales & Troubleshooting
Support key accounts in resolving technical issues
Analyze failures and provide root cause insights
Improve uptime and customer satisfaction
Qualification:
1. Education
Bachelor's degree or above in:
Electrical Engineering
Power Electronics
Energy / Automation-related fields
2. Experience: 1-3 years in:
EV charging/power electronics / electrical systems
Experience with:
DC fast charging systems (preferred)
EPC / CPO / energy project
3. Language
English as the working language
