Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Evaluation Associate located in Cairo, Egypt. The Evaluation Associate will perform tasks such as designing and conducting evaluations, collecting data, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, generating insights from research findings, and preparing detailed reports and presentations. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program effectiveness and provide key recommendations based on evaluation outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong data collection, analysis, and interpretation skills, including familiarity with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Proficiency in report writing, presentation development, and effective communication of insights to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks, program assessment, and impact analysis techniques.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate with multiple teams, and oversee evaluation activities.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in software such as Excel, SPSS, R, or other statistical tools for data analysis.
- Relevant work experience in evaluation, research, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
