Job Description

Cloud Spaces is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the Event Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events across our spaces. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless event operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and preparing events in line with event requirements and standards
  • Support event arrangements, including food and beverage service, and post-event breakdown
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of event areas during and after events
  • Support guest management by greeting attendees and responding to inquiries professionally
  • Assist in managing and organizing event storage rooms and inventory
  • Receive event-related deliveries, verify items against order specifications, and ensure proper storage
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or maintenance requirements
  • Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient event execution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in events, banquets, or hospitality operations
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Energetic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong team-player approach
