Cloud Spaces is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the Event Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing events across our spaces. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless event operations, maintaining high service standards, and delivering an exceptional experience for clients, guests, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and preparing events in line with event requirements and standards
- Support event arrangements, including food and beverage service, and post-event breakdown
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of event areas during and after events
- Support guest management by greeting attendees and responding to inquiries professionally
- Assist in managing and organizing event storage rooms and inventory
- Receive event-related deliveries, verify items against order specifications, and ensure proper storage
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or maintenance requirements
- Provide logistical and operational support to ensure smooth and efficient event execution
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in events, banquets, or hospitality operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Energetic attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
