Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Event Coordinator will handle the planning and execution of events designed to foster community engagement and enhance the experience of residents. Key responsibilities include event planning and management, coordinating vendors, managing budgets, overseeing day-of-event activities, and ensuring successful event outcomes. Building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders is an essential aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to create and execute successful events
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address resident needs effectively
  • Sales experience with the ability to pitch event opportunities and manage budgets efficiently
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple events and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration abilities
  • Experience in community development and hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
