We are seeking an experienced Event Director based in Riyadh with deep expertise in the Saudi real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be highly connected within the industry, bring strong client relationships, and have a solid understanding of the local market environment and ongoing developments. This role focuses on driving real estatefocused event projects from business development through delivery, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, investors, and key industry stakeholders in Saudi Arabia
- Proactively reach out to clients to identify opportunities and grow the real estate events portfolio
- Manage RFPs, including evaluation, strategy, and proposal development
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches
- Support negotiations and successfully secure projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the Managing Director
- Ensure the successful delivery and completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior events role, preferably withinreal estate events
- Strong network and established relationships within theSaudi real estate industry
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, development landscape, and industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Based inRiyadh
- Saudi national preferred
