Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Event Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events to enhance ZORO MISR's offerings. This includes coordinating logistics, managing budgets, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth event experience for all participants. Regular communication with clients, vendors, and partners will be essential to achieve event success and align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Event planning, project management, and logistical organization skills
• Strong client and vendor communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Budget management and event execution experience
• Proficiency in marketing, branding, and event promotion
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain adaptable in dynamic environments
• Team leadership and collaboration experience, with a focus on cross-functional coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in relevant tools or software such as CRM systems, MS Office, or event management platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
