Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for an Event Hostess located in Egypt. The Event Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees. The individual will act as a representative of our brand, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service throughout the event.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Experience handling Reservations and providing support to guests
- basic knowledge in perfumery, notes, brand, etc..
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and handle unexpected situations
- Proficiency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
