Event Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of ultra-luxury events, previews, and celebration experiences from planning and creative development to on-site execution and post-event closure ensuring each activation elevates the brand and supports high-value sales.
- Ideate and develop premium concepts for branded broker giveaways that meet market expectations and OMNIYAT's standards, while briefing and managing the right high-quality suppliers and vendors to ensure exceptional production and finish.
- Curate exceptional guest journeys with refined hospitality, meticulous detail, and seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Work closely with Sales, BD, and Marketing to design experiences that engage top-tier brokers based on the brief supplied by BD
- Manage and brief premium vendors and event agencies, ensuring all creative, production, and service elements reflect the brand's standards of excellence.
- Oversee event proposals, budgets, timelines, and operational plans with precision, delivering flawless events within the defined scope
- Maintain consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints dcor, staging, F&B, invitations, digital displays, and onsite experience.
- Produce post-event insights, marketing assessment, and recommendations to strengthen future activations.
Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy, Execution, & Brand Representation
- Develop, implement, and optimize social media and channel strategies aligned with commercial, branding, and sales objectives.
- Ensure OMNIYAT's digital presence reflects its ultra-luxury positioning through Sales Representatives, Business Development Managers, and Brokers content, campaigns, and event-led storytelling.
- Act as final governance authority to prevent off-brand, non-compliant, or misaligned content across internal, broker, and partner channels.
2. Event Marketing & High-Profile Brand Support
- Support OMNIYAT's presence at high-profile sales, broker, and partner events through strategic social media planning and real-time content direction.
- Collaborate with Events, Sales, and PR teams to ensure consistent digital efforts before, during, and after events.
- Guide content capture, messaging, QR code usage, and post-event amplification to maximize reach, engagement, and lead attribution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of luxury branding, event management, and premium audience engagement.
- Demonstrated familiarity with event marketing, brand activations, and partnership development.
- Proficiency in social media analytics, reporting dashboards, and content creation tools.
- Experience using social media listening tools to monitor sentiment, trends, and competitive activity.
- Proven ability to deliver sophisticated, high-impact events for UHNW audiences.
- Strong creative vision, operational discipline, and stakeholder management.
