Role Overview

The Events Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing high-profile events that align with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage end-to-end event delivery while ensuring exceptional experiences for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement event strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Oversee branding and messaging consistency across all event materials.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and health & safety standards.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze ROI for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Event Management.
• 57 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi cultural and regulatory environment is a plus.
