Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager based in Jeddah. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of events, including coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful execution of events. Responsibilities also include developing event strategies, managing event timelines, overseeing staff and volunteers, and liaising with clients or stakeholders to meet their event requirements. Maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction will be a key focus of this role.

Qualifications

• Event planning and coordination skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources
• Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee complex events
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams, clients, and vendors
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges and ensure event success
• Experience with marketing and promotions, including event branding and customer engagement
• Adaptability and ability to remain composed under pressure
• Proficiency in event management software and basic computer applications
• Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
