Event Operations Manager

The Operations Manager holds overall responsibility for the operational delivery of all Audio Visual projects, from warehouse preparation through to on-site execution and post-event return.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for setting operational standards, leading teams, owning delivery performance, and ensuring that every event is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standard.

Experience & Capability

• Senior leadership experience in Audio Visual or live events
• Strong technical production and logistics knowledge
• Warehouse and inventory management experience
• Commercial awareness and cost control capability
• Calm, decisive leadership under pressure
