Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Event Planner. Based in Kuwait City, the role includes a blend of in-office and remote work. The Event Planner will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events. Their tasks will include liaising with clients to determine event requirements, managing budgets, communicating with vendors, and overseeing event logistics to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Planning and Event Management
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Skills in Budgeting and financial planning
• Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in event management, communications, hospitality, or a related field
• Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus
