Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Event Sales Specialist. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored event solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to plan and execute events, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and monitoring market trends. The successful candidate will also deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Proven expertise in Event Management and Event Planning to successfully organize and execute events.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and teams.
• Sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Previous experience in the events or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
