Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Specialist based in New Cairo. The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing event planning and coordination, identifying clients needs, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the event management team to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Event Management and Event Planning
  • Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
  • Previous experience in event sales or hospitality is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
