Job Description

General Objective

To plan, execute, and manage the company's internal and external events with high efficiency, ensuring a professional appearance that reflects the corporate identity, while overseeing all organizational and logistical details to achieve the objectives of each event.

Duties and Responsibilities

Full planning and execution of events related to the company's properties, from concept development to post-event evaluation.

Preparing timelines, task schedules, and ensuring continuous follow-up.

Coordinating with internal departments to ensure event objectives are achieved.

Communicating with vendors and event management companies and selecting the most suitable providers.

Supervising venue setup, dcor, audio systems, lighting, and hospitality services.

Managing the event budget and adhering to approved costs.

Monitoring attendance and providing immediate support during events.

Preparing post-event reports including evaluations and areas for improvement.

Managing databases related to vendors, contracts, and event materials.

Qualifications

Education & Professional Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

Event Management certification is preferred.

PMP certification is considered an added advantage.

Training courses in communication skills and time management.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Experience

35 years of experience in event management, public relations, or marketing.

Skills

Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills.

Negotiation skills and vendor management capability.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Creativity and the ability to find quick solutions to problems.

Notes
