Lead programmes & events of through design and development as well as process management and delivery of all programmes & events aiming to achieve objectives and deliver distinctive experience. Lead of the developments of programmes & events content in line with established calendar, timeline and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Delivery
▫ Aim for best in class destination thematic activity with maximum reach and relevance to core targets and participating assets.
▫ Lead on the creativity and content at the heart of the experience always.
▫ Lead the working group coordination of key delivery parties; Marketing & Communication, Promotions, Culture, asset owners, external agencies, industry stakeholders.
▫ Manage optimal external agency relationship to support campaign delivery and effective activation outcomes.
▫ Establish measurement and success criteria for ongoing reporting of impact and ROI.
▫ Identify opportunities for improved relations with relevant stakeholders.
▫ Lead all campaign related marketing material and collateral to ensure alignment to campaign objectives and tone of voice.
▫ Ensure that s brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and through all communication material and channels.

Stakeholder Management
▫ Lead the development and execution of a stakeholder engagement and management approach for the Campaigns department in order to enable the development of effective and positive relationships with current and future partners
▫ Develop strong, strategic networks and connections with government entities, key private sector players and the wider community to build a strong and sustainable portfolio of partners. Implement highest level of customer service standards and monitor visitors experiences and feedback/complains and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to identify solutions.
▫ Supervise a database of records, responses, and feedback to communicate findings as appropriate.
▫ Record the number of visitors and customers and advise on methods of enhancing visitors experience and engagement.
Shared Activity
Strategic Contribution
▫ Ensure effective cascading of the functional strategy into section business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing sectional strategies.
People Management
▫ Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives through the leadership of the Section by setting of individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff to maximize performance.
▫ Lead the talent development initiatives for the assigned section, collaborating with technical/discipline experts and thereby ensure the availability of talent to fit business requirements.
▫ Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the assigned section to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
Budgeting and Financial Planning
▫ Manage the preparation and recommend the section budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
▫ Manage and ensure effective implementation of functional policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned section activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Continuous Improvement
▫ Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
▫ Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet requirements, policies and quality standards.

Qualifications
▫ Bachelor's or Master's degree (Masters preferred) in Culture, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or any other decree within relevant industry.
Experience
▫ At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Programmes & Events role or another experience within similar role or industry.
Skills
▫ Full professional English proficiency both in speaking and writing
▫ Arabic bilingual desirable but not mandatory
▫ Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
▫ Administrative skills and attention to detail
▫ Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
▫ Expert knowledge on rebates schemes, preferably accustomed with UAE best practices
▫ Experience with business planning
▫ Extensive experience with program management related to finance and policy
