Experience & Qualification
- 7 - 10 years of experience in medical insurance or healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., ACII from The Chartered Insurance Professional) is an advantage.
Skills- Deep understanding of medical insurance products, underwriting, and claims management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and insurance management software.
